Two courses with the same maintained acreage can require very different fleets because of routing, slopes, tree cover, dispersed zones, play patterns, weather compression, cut quality and labor availability.

A machine’s theoretical acres per hour does not include every turn, relocation, wet area, blocked path, charging event, rescue, golfer interruption or employee handoff. PFS models those conditions instead of pretending they disappear.
