Manufacturer-agnostic autonomous fleet operationsinfo@precisionfieldservicesintl.com

Precision Field Services LLC

The operating partner around autonomous equipment.

PFS works before, during and after equipment acquisition—helping customers evaluate technology, design the fleet, execute the deployment and manage long-term performance.

Our position

Manufacturer-agnostic. Customer-aligned. Accountable across the lifecycle.

Why PFS exists

Buying a machine is not the same as building a working operation.

Autonomous equipment creates new responsibilities around site qualification, mapping, RTK, software, charging, operator workflow, exception handling, service and data. Those responsibilities are often divided among manufacturers, dealers, contractors and the customer.

PFS was built to connect that work. We evaluate multiple technologies, define the operating plan and remain involved after delivery so the customer is not left coordinating the gaps.

How we work

Four principles. No motivational wallpaper.

01

Customer alignment

The property and operating goal determine the recommendation—not inventory pressure or one manufacturer relationship.

02

Technical rigor

Assumptions, limitations, risks and validation requirements are documented rather than buried.

03

Field accountability

Planning must survive commissioning, operator handoff, real weather, real traffic and real service needs.

04

Lifecycle thinking

Acquisition, uptime, batteries, software, service, residual value and replacement belong in the same decision.

PFS operating model for coordinated national program delivery

National program delivery

Central coordination. Consistent records. Local execution.

PFS is building a national operating model around standardized workflows rather than pretending a young company already has an owned technician in every ZIP code.

  • Central program and customer coordination
  • Common assessment and deployment standards
  • Field resources assigned to scope and geography
  • Documented service, fleet and lifecycle records
  • Portfolio-level visibility without generic property decisions

Leadership

Accountability has names.

Leadership descriptions are intentionally limited to current responsibilities. Inflated biographies can wait for an actual reason to inflate them.

What PFS is—and is not

Clear positioning matters.

The Precision Field Services name is used by unrelated businesses in other industries. This company is focused on autonomous fleet operations for turf, grounds and complex properties.

PFS is

  • A manufacturer-agnostic equipment and service partner
  • A property and fleet planning resource
  • A deployment and integration operator
  • A lifecycle service and support organization

PFS is not

  • A single-brand dealer website
  • A generic landscaping contractor
  • A software-only consultancy
  • A mortgage or property-preservation field-services company

One accountable relationship

Bring PFS the operating problem.

We will determine whether the next step is assessment, equipment evaluation, deployment, service or something simpler.
